By purchasing or using The Real-Time Read ("the Tool"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you use the Tool.
What this Tool is
The Real-Time Read is an automated tool that uses artificial intelligence (Claude, made by Anthropic) to analyze a conversation you paste in and offer a perspective on communication patterns it may contain. It generates its response automatically, without human review.
What this Tool is not
The Real-Time Read is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or a diagnosis of any kind. It does not replace the judgment of a licensed mental health professional, attorney, advocate, or other qualified professional. RendrFlo and Jodie are not licensed therapists, counselors, or attorneys, and nothing produced by this Tool should be treated as professional advice for your specific situation.
AI-generated output
The analysis, explanations, and suggested replies generated by this Tool are produced by an AI model and may be incomplete, imprecise, or incorrect. The Tool may occasionally misread context, miss something significant, or describe a pattern that doesn't apply to your situation. Use your own judgment, and treat the output as one perspective to consider — not a final or authoritative answer about another person's intentions or behavior.
Your access code
- Each purchase includes a unique access code with a limited number of uses, shown to you after you unlock the Tool.
- Your code is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, posted publicly, or distributed to others.
- RendrFlo reserves the right to deactivate any code suspected of being shared or used in a way that violates these terms, without refund.
- Uses do not roll over, expire on a schedule, or get refunded once consumed, except where required by law.
Privacy
Text you paste into the Tool is sent to Anthropic's API for the sole purpose of generating your analysis. RendrFlo does not store, log, retain, or review the content you submit. Once your analysis is returned to you, RendrFlo has no further copy of what you submitted. For details on how Anthropic processes API requests, see Anthropic's own privacy policy at anthropic.com.
No guarantee of outcome
RendrFlo makes no guarantee about how using this Tool, or any suggested reply it generates, will affect your relationship, conversation, or situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the Tool's output.
Refunds
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final except where required by law or at RendrFlo's discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RendrFlo and its owner are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes arising from your use of this Tool, including decisions made based on its output.
