This Privacy Policy explains how RendrFlo handles information in connection with RendrCode. By using RendrCode, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

RendrFlo collects only the minimum information needed to operate the tool:

• Access code usage data — we store your access code and a count of how many times it has been used. We do not store any personal information alongside your code.
• Purchase information — if you purchased access through Kit or Stripe, those platforms collect your payment and contact details under their own privacy policies. RendrFlo receives confirmation that a purchase occurred but does not store your payment details.

What we do not collect

• The text or screenshots you submit for analysis are not stored, logged, or retained by RendrFlo in any form.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information through the tool itself.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this tool.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your conversation is processed

When you submit a conversation for analysis, it is sent directly to Anthropic's API (the makers of Claude) to generate your result. This transmission is encrypted. Anthropic processes the request and returns the analysis — RendrFlo does not retain a copy of what you submitted. Access codes

Your access code is stored in our database alongside a usage counter only. No personal information is associated with your code on our end. If your code was delivered via Kit, your email address is held by Kit under their privacy policy.

Third-party services

RendrCode relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic — processes your conversation to generate the analysis
• Vercel — hosts the tool and serves the web pages
• Supabase — stores access code data
• Kit — manages purchase delivery and email
• Stripe — processes payments

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data through the tool itself, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. If you have questions about data held by Kit or Stripe in connection with your purchase, please contact those services directly.

Changes to this policy

RendrFlo may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
